Day 25: Your day, in great detail

Day 25: Your day, in great detail

Today was certainly a great day, hopefully I don't bore you with my details of the day so far...

I had the pleasure of having today off (before the insanity of work during the month of July really sets in)... and because of it, I slept in until ten eight-thirty (after being awoken by the boy and the puppy) I managed to spend some quality time relaxing in bed while the sun began to rise on one of the first nice days of the year.

Having the pleasure of sleeping in, I festered up some energy, got myself out of bed (after of course, making it), and brewed some coffee (sidenote: I have a serious love/hate relationship with my coffeemaker). While the coffee brewed I gave my puppy some love (with the new squishy googly ball we got him) and got myself to wake up.

Coffee in hand, I sat my ass on the couch and watched Kathy Lee/Hoda on the Today Show while sippin on my coffee. As the boys made their way out to work/daycare, I showered myself, slipped on some shirts and a tank, grabbed a slice of leftover pizza, and hit the patio for some much needed Vitamin D.

Of course I couldn't just lay there to sizzle solo so I brought with me my iPhone to blast my current favorite Pandora station while diving into my latest read "Celebutante." By that time the boy had made it back home (he typically does a half day at the office at most, while doing the rest at home) and we had opted to run some errands.

On the agenda: Queen Anne for a stop at Dispatch (greeting cards were needed), Pro Nails (a pedicure was in serious order), Trader Joe's (two-buck chuck anyone?), Fed-Ex (to send a package, why else?), Doggie Day Care to pick up the pup, and a quick stop at Vivace for a much needed afternoon pick-me-up.

Upon getting home, I found myself crashing in front of the tv. The boy had to make his way to a late afternoon work meeting, so I've gotten myself caught up on all of my blog reads, my blogging, watching the news, The City, and now, The Hills.

That's my day thus far... who knows what I'll get myself into by nights end...

  1. Being a designer for movies I’m always looking for great resources. For woman plus size shots I go with this company. Excellent styles.
